I have night lights in the horses stalls, and since the summer house is two stalls made into one large one there are two night lights - each stall has a reg light and an outlet which a night light is plugged into.

Does anyone think this is a bad idea? It’s not overly bright but one can walk around without running into anything, it has sufficient light for that. I have found that the chooks in there settle down fairly good without a lot of crashing to the ground like in the hen house, and I figured it might be because they can see to move around safely.

As such I was thinking of putting a night light in the Hen House. Thoughts?

The Summer House, the bright light is actually the stationary barn cam’s IR light not the night light

Temperature is 10c (50f) to 20c (68f) for the next week. It's gonna be nice!

No winter yet.
Nice! Not that warm here, today the chooks wouldn’t even go outside it never got past 8C (47F) and rained off and on plus high winds.

Most of my kiddos are moulting so they are not happy at the moment.
