Here’s something that happened today. One of the many stray cats around here, got her head stuck in an empty corn can. Must have dug it from the trash and wanted to lick the bottom. It was really stuck on the cat, but I got it off. Several puncture wounds on my hand and one very frightening kitty later, it’s okay now. :old :he
Strays are plentiful and dumb around here!

My roo won’t even do that! He only crowns at sunrise or whenever I leave somewhere and didn’t take him with me.
I need Jaffar to come teach my boys to crow. They chatter back and forth, give alarms, and make the tidbit noise but no crowing at ALL!

I don’t miss the fury of Oreos attacks but I do miss his rather glorious crow!

Make sure you wash that hand - omg do not go handling strays like that! Please talk to a Dr about those wounds, cats can carry rabies and all sorts of terrible germs in their mouth and claws.

My small animal vet lost her index finger when a cat bit her finger, it got infected and into the bone - there was nothing they could do she had to have her finger amputated.
