I happened to notice that Hoovers has them, so in the Spring I will see if these are offered as part of the chickdays at Peavey.

They are apparently good foragers and free range chickens.

I love how the one kid is carrying a young goat, and the other a basket full of eggs

He is: Silver spangled appenzeller spitzhauben. The spangles dapple out the white when they're in the shade like sun shining through leaves of trees. The crests are really funky looking and I think they'd be great here.
