Sounds like she is your head hen! I hope those bubbles are as bad as her symptoms get.
Also it’s great that the spuds respond to Spuds 😁
Yes they know "Spuds!" lol! Yes she became lead when Peanut passed in the Summer; Hazel was second-in-command. Butters was third and wasn't feeling well, she died in October. Those two were great friends and companions with Hazel, she hung with both very nicely (occasionally putting Butters in her place) and I feel sad for her losing them both so quickly. Popcorn was fourth in the order and is now Hazel's #2. Right now they seem to be tribe-mates more than companions, but they do hang together a lot. I'm hoping when the three Spuds come into lay there will develop more friendships/mentorships and the groups will gel together.

Butters and Peanut are both missed dearly. Such beautiful memories. :hugs

@knoturavggrl suggested that Dotties aggressive behavior might be indicative of hormones changing. This evening while herding the youngsters into the coop Dottie squatted for me. One of the rocks did this around a week before they laid their first egg. We may soon see if Dottie reforms her ways or if she will always be living the life of crime. Also interesting fact, Dottie and the rock, are the first 2 of my hens who have ever, ever squatted for me. I have always had to rely on the boys for signs of the first egg coming.

I would also like to know what is up with Branch. He had to have gotten up on the wrong side of the roost this morning. He did not want me to touch him today. When I was bringing a treat for Poppet he was in front of the coop door so I ushered him in without handling him. He was in there for 5 minutes sharing the cornbread treat when for no reason that I could find Poppet chest bumped him. That was a first. He responded by picking a fight with her. I immediately separated them and then got to worrying oh crap, is Poppet a boy. A hour later I am doing dishes and watching the chickens in the back yard when I spot him pick a fight with Holly. Seeing that fight I am no longer worried about Poppet possibly being a rooster, but that Branch simply has a feather up his butt today. If his behavior is slightly off tomorrow whether he likes it or not he is coming in for a close inspection. I know my rooster, today he was definitely not the rooster I know. He can have one bad day, everyone is allowed to be grumpy sometimes. I am wondering if underneath his fuzz he is a mass of pin feathers still.

The case of the missing tailfeather!
So, Kasumi had a lovely tall curly feather...

I wake up on the wrong side of my bed every day.

He might have a giant thing of pin feathers, as you say. Keep an eye on him and I hope he gets better.
