Can't help there. I don't know. Our former Rodenteer @RoyalChick likely knows how though.

And it looks like you figured it out without help ;)
I wonder when my premium membership ends does it revert back to the default?

Marty laid an egg today in her crate, but it was brittle and broke. I was not expecting her to lay an egg yet as she really hasn’t finished her moult yet.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Should I start her back on her calcium tablets?

I have been giving Larry calcium at night but I am not sure what or if she is laying, but yesterday I found two nest boxes with broken eggs in them. I am wondering if my older ladies are laying those brittle eggs.

I imagine that as they all get older I can expect this more and more - any thoughts anyone?

Yes I have oyster shell available and yes I see them pecking at it.

No idea on the PFM.

Moult/eggs: mine seem to start laying again while their still growing feathers out. Usually when the pins have started opening up: speculating that the greatest protein need is when they're growing pins. Once they start opening, the protein demand subsides...?
