Depends upon how highly ranked she is. One of the top 2 / 3, should be fine. Bottom of the ranking, use the mini coopGood idea! And she'll be okay in the main coop and run with the others? Or should we keep the mini coop for them until ready to integrate?

They are very annoying and grow in your landscaping...
I saw your post once and you said that they call it Arugula where you are, and you want to try it with your gang. I did some research and I guess they are of the same family.
The upside is, they are good food for chickens!

Here is a close up of the leaf. Does it grow wild in spring where you are?

No, chickens aren't just birds because they make slaves out of us all.I can’t get this out of my head: I was asked by a 16 year old girl, “are chickens really birds?”
What do they teach students in public schools these days anyway?![]()

What breed is Tassels?Tassels and her purple eggs.
I had one for breakfast as well as one from Pooh. The ones I washed the other day.
Tassels lays an egg with a shell like a rock. I bashed it in the kitchen counter and it didn’t even crack!
I eventually got in and it had a very thick white membrane. Peeling that back revealed an ever so slightly blue shell.
Not as blue as Pooh’s egg.
So I think that means the purple egg is indeed a version of green which means it is from Tassels because Sylvie lays a brown egg and that wouldn’t be blue inside. Right?
Pooh’s egg is front right in both pictures.
