I use those little tiny plastic pots that dipping sauces come in if you order take-out. Then I don’t really need to decant them because those are tiny enough to bag up as they come.
Sorry your got a bit goopy.
🙁

Freezer tax: my cats did not like their new brand of food. So the Princesses helped me out by cleaning the plate.

They are such good girls :D

I've got a nephew who was in a fight in middle school...sort of. Other kid did all the swinging. Nephew deflected all the punches so he didn't get hurt. It was even on camera. School still suspended them both (what kind of lesson does that teach: getting beat up still gets you kicked out cause you were "in" a fight). His dad asked him where he wanted to go for ice cream while in the principal's office. Principal was outraged: you're taking him for ice cream for fighting?! Dad: no, I'm rewarding him for doing what we taught him, defending himself.

I love the ice cream. It's a sweet way to rub it in that "principal's" face.

I am freezing some eggs in ice cube trays, after beating 14 together I decided to add a little salt though I read that's only necessary if freezing just yolks. 14 eggs fit into 18 cubes in the trays.

Today they wouldn't come out with twisting, they give a bit, so had to use hot water on the back. Although I was sparing with the hot water, it made them a little goopy on the outside, and more to clean with the trays, and bag I put them in goopy too. Suggestions?

I use these:

These are silicone and with a little cooking spray eggs come out with no issues, you can push them right out! Mine are a little deeper and bigger than an ice cube tray as well which I personally like since most recipes call for 1 large egg.
