Like @janiedoe, a 30 minute drive to me is "local," so I hadn't thought of that.

If you sell that property, can you find anything nearer the hangar that would suit your needs? And Sir Jaffar and his ladies?

I already have the property where I live, five minutes away from the airport. I really haven’t had the chance to fly the way I did last year and prior years.
That neighbor is the only problem with this place I live on.
Uh oh, I hear a song coming on…
Greeeen Acres is the place for me, farm living is just right for me. Land spreading out so far and wide.. Keep Manhattan just gimme that countryside!
