In my town, we repurpose everything from something else.
This is an office door to a sport center:

This is for real? Does the door still lock? or do you need a tumbler code? Can it accidentally lock you in? So many ????'s

They cut a roll up window in the vaults wall to sell sports drinks and water. But no one gets locked in. The door is also welded in the open position.

Apparently my garden doesn't need me since I broke my arm. DH took these still photos of the two beds and now the chickens have free access to both beds since he removed the bird nettings!

Same old story:
I brought treats for the younger birds, but the old ones scared them away and kept the treats for themselves. Today I brought them steak 🥩, ramen noodles, grapes and watermelon 🍉. It’s very hard to get everyone to enjoy them. Soon as the big girls see the little ones running towards me they come out of hiding and intercept!

She does kind of look like my Liara as a baby...

She is a prarie bluebell egger, best I can tell from the hatchery website. But she has no comb even as a hen. And lays baby blue eggs with white speckles...hmm

She definitely acts like a leghorn though, always very flighty and holds her tail up high.
They are likely a similar cross as my Azur Blue - Leghorn x Auracana. They lay Robin egg blue eggs.

They are the friendly active nosey little birds, always have to see what I am doing, but they are not terribly good at flying - which surprises me. But I am glad also for that! I have enough trouble with Tippy, Eli-too, and Butterscotch
