How old is she?

she is exactly 6 months old today.

I am told Calcium and a warm dark location.

that is pretty much what I am trying to do. I mixed some tums in with an egg and put calcium powder mixed in her food. I also have my old brooder plate up against the side to hopefully help. I do have the lights on relatively bright as she needs to eat. I plan on turning them off once she finishes her egg

If you have calcium tablets (or your mum -?) I would shove one down her gullet.

I keep caltrate tablets on hand (600mg) and I give that. In fact when one has soft shelled or brittle eggs I give 1/4 tablet daily to help with calcium intake.

I have tried but she just won’t take it. I get it in her mouth as far back as I can and she just spits it out. I have tried it in halves and in quarters and she just is being stubborn

Yep you have to shove it down there, I have become quite good at giving meds the past year! Now I just shove my finger way to the back of their throat and push it down - I still would rather give the cat a pill hahaha!

She is young to have an egg stuck, poor wee kiddie. Hopefully she gets her egg factory straightened out.

Everyone got to try scratch for the first time today. Well except for Luna, she was laying an egg. I would say it was a success.
