Oh he is! He is kinda sad right now since one of his hens is sick. and He lost one not too long ago.
CeeCee needs some attention I reckon. She jumped on my lap, so I brought her in the house. She’s resting comfortably at the moment. 
You can talk him through it, I am sure. He just needs a lot of love and affection.
It requires a certain (special) kind of person to raise a rooster
