Speaking of that - I really miss the Ask Aurora posts!I sit with cats and chickens to relieve stress. I write while sitting with them. Trying to focus on creating something. To acheive, create, accomplish gives me peace.

My feet would be smothered in slugs and slime if I walked barefoot outsideYes, any bareskin contact with the earth is grounding! Barefoot is just most convenient I think, since you can do a lot of things on your feet, walking, meditation, yoga, light stretches, tai-chi, etc
