Very foggy today. I don’t think I will be going anywhere. I really don’t need to. The chooks are making me crazy . Mr Wyandottey is fumbling around, spilling all the chooks feed. Coco is staying in the house and CeeCee is in a laying box acting like a broody beyatch

Well, Miss Judy is still blessing me with eggs. She lays for 3 days then takes a day off. She just laid a few minutes ago I had not noticed she had ejected most of the nesting material in the box so the egg cracked. As soon as it cools Turkey and Poppet are getting a special scrambled egg treat.

I would like to go on a short trip. I will have to fly IFR to be able to navigate through the soup. I have no destination plans or flight plans recorded for a flight. I’m just thinking out loud. I heard another SkyHawk flying overhead and gave me the idea.

How sad and terrible. I really wish people wouldn’t get pets if they can’t afford to feed them. So sad for the animal.

I have a huge problem with cats eating chicken feed. My neighbors many cats, which are starving, eat the chicken feed. It is bad when a cat will eat whole corn.

Rant about nothing:
They say alligator meat tastes like chicken.
They say frogs legs taste like chicken.
Even quail are similar to chicken only gamier.
Then why eat those exotic things in the first place?

Moose doesn’t taste like chicken.

Hellooo everyone!... I've probably missed a lot, I check in about once a day but I think the seasonal depression is hitting or something. I don't feel as social.

Everything is going well with my chickens though! Sybil has laid a total of 11 eggs. Nice, thick shells on em! The 4 we've cracked open have had such beautiful orange yolks. Once we have a dozen, dad is going to make omelettes with them! Just 4 more... 4 or 5 more days. Mmm...

Here's a video from a couple days ago. It was cold that day with the wind chill, but they clearly weren't bothered
