This place still raises Blue Breda I think? Anything shipped goes by plane so you have to get them from the airport.

Yes, I saw Blue Acres but DH & I opted to have an all-Silkies flock again ~ which will probably be our last birds. I needed BBS Blue Breda 7 yrs ago, not now ☹️. I'm 80 & don't want to die before the birds since they can live 8-10 yrs or more! But I hope others can get BBS Breda Fowl cuz they have the best temperament of all the Breda varieties. My Breda breeder in KS had a BBS Black Breda she loved as a house chicken. She was working on infusing new genes into her BBS flock but her site is gone now ☹️. A decade ago when I talked w/ a couple other BBS Breda owners they absolutely loved their Bredas. However those breeders who had the Cuckoo or Mottled Bredas said the birds were not as friendly or pretty as the BBS's. The Blue Breda were my favourite color but the Splash was the next pretty.

Something I fed my animals killed them and it wasn't me knowingly doing so. I'm still so upset on losing them

I'm exhausted trying to find what they can safely eat. They had organic vegetables locally grown and cooked meats. But I'm suspicious of the dog and cat food now that's for sure.

I bought expensive dried biscuits I hope they are okay. Because she was used too biscuits. And as already said some expensive dogs food as a back up. I don't want her losing weight.

Pooch and mutt brand
2.2mg copper ( as copper ((11) sulphate penahydrate )1.32mg
What on this freaking earth is that.

Actually Michelle, I had it listed , but when Chaco died, I lost interest due to my grief. Maybe I’ll list it again after the holidays. Not too many people have $1.6 million dollars to spend during the holidays.
Oh, you think so? The average home price in my town is $2.5M and sales haven’t slowed down much. But I think we’re an anomaly with people purchasing homes consistently year round.

Coincidentally, we’re directly south of Woodlake right now driving back from La Quinta, where we spent Christmas!

I'm making myself your lodger 😋

Are you going into hospital for your arm? 🫂

I have some sad news to share, especially for those who followed her journey from the start. Little Piou-piou was killed early this morning by a weasel that broke in the coop.
She was our special little princess and we are heartbroken.
I'll post a tribute when I feel less upset.

Oh, little Piou-piou! I’m so sorry to hear this! :hugs

Not certain but maybe sulphate pentahydrate is the taste additive to make the pet addicted to the mfr food ~ but whatever, it's a bluish chemical I don't want.
I've only just absorbed your observation, thanks.
Forget my silly questions.
If there are ingredients listed on a pkg that I can't pronounce or know what it is, I don't buy it. But that's me. My DH does the food shopping now & he's seeing the benefit of reading labels. Ice creams have the worst ingredients in them! What happened to plain cream, milk, sugar & strawberry for ingredients?! What's w/ all the dyes & chemicals added? Oh yes, longer shelf life so the ingredients don't separate!

"Natural flavor" is also a chemical that USA food companies are getting away with here but its chemically altered regular foods but are allowed by govt agencies to still call them natural cuz the chemical came from an original natural source ~ but chemically altered. So deceptive but the general populace is too busy or hungry to care what these mfrs are shoving down our throat.

Just bake your own doggie biscuits. There are healthy ingredient dog recipes online w/ no dyes ~ or chemicals to extend shelf life ~ teehee! featherhead007 feeds his chickens steak & people food besides feed! I think my chickens thrive more on the people food we give them then their actual chicken feed.

I love homeopathic solutions for health but I have to start w/ what goes into my body first before I can build up natural immunity.
