@TOMTE or @Logar or @SimpleJenn ??? talked about weighted blankets? Well, DD got me a weighted shawl for Christmas & it came in handy & warm after my trip home from the hospital! Just wanted to confirm these weighted fabrics are great! Didn't need to turn up the house 🏠 heater.

Nice! I love my weighted blanket and my rice bags. I don't even heat them half the time, just the pressure is great. 🥰

Making goulash tonight and using this pasta

Those stones are just a drop in the bucket. We figure 6 to 7 pallets worth were used in the front yard alone. Lost count for the back yard but boy! it was the best $$$ spent. I don't recommend these for snow country as they expand/contract & will crumble but have been great for our milder climate zone.

We use 2” thick cement slabs here, standard sizes are 18x24” and 24x24” - those weigh about 50lbs each. I have 4 of them in the box of my truck for weight and traction.

They are used for patios and walkways.

Hazel sleeps like that too, spilling her breast feathers over the nest box edge. Maybe part of their crop is on the edge, maybe they like the support or something. If I can get a picture I will, usually the Spuds are right near her blocking the camera.
I have a few like that also.

And then there are the head hangers….
