Sadly I won't be here to stay. I'm planning on making another alternate account and popping in a few times a month. I stayed off of here for too long and am willing to take the risk of popping in to say hi once and a while... I miss you guys too though.

I completely agree. I've tried telling Dad that; he doesn't agree.

I have my rooster buddy figured out. He’s the big tough guy in front of his ladies, but when he’s alone with me, he’s just a sweet multi colored marshmallow:

IMO, 51 is NOT too many chickens. You have too many chickens when you can't feed and/or care for them all.

However, as a parent, I'm going to ask you to respect their wishes re: social media and NOT go behind their backs. As a teen, it's difficult. You want to spread your wings yet are feeling their restrictions. Going behind their backs, though, damages your relationship with them long term. You will be an adult sooner than you think. Building the trust with your parents can change the dynamics of your relationship with them in a good way, also.
