Feed, water and housing must be adequate.

Doesn’t sound like it is. Very sad.

I love the collar on Clyde! They are all beautiful!

It’s just really started to come into it full effect this past week, he has been moulting.

Unfortunately his tail feathers are done for until next moult - they have all broke off or been chewed off by the others. He looks like a baboon when he is running about with no tail

Went to peek at the three poor birds next door. So sad that they have nothing to do but sit in that cage and watch the other birds run around the yard.

Trust me, this situation is breaking my heart. There is nothing I can do to persuade the neighbor to be kind to his birds, dogs, fish whatever he has. I feel helpless about the whole thing.
