My Rhodies had blond speckles on their wings until adult moult.Could be a red sex link. Depending on hatchery, Cinnamon Queen, red star, golden Comet, ISA Brown, etc.
Seems to be too light - light ends to wings - to be a Buckeye, or a Rhode Island Red. Could possibly be a NH red.
I'm leaning towards a red sex link - but would need to know hatchery - and see final juvenile feathering to be sure. Clearly they will have a single comb - so very high probability the has a RIR as a parent (very common in Red Sex Links)
Can't wait to read RM's thoughts!
Such a handsome Roo he sure has grown into a lovely boy.I had to take a break from those seven little monsters and their mama. I went outside and waiting for me, was eleven big monsters wanting treats also!
Run away, run away!

Hope it’s nothing serious.Coco’s foot is hurting again today.
Poor lady is limping around, but she won’t let me catch her until after dark tonight.
'enhanced Rhodies', probably. Most of them are these days unless you find someone who has 'heritage RIR'. Though there are a few with some lighter feathers as variations. The second chick has way too much blonde, though - but again, I would like to see them after their last juvenile molt, as colors/intensity can change quite a bit now through then.My Rhodies had blond speckles on their wings until adult moult.
Yuo could have just given her another ritz!!!I’m angry and frustrated by mama hen. She’s been doing everything she could to annoy me. I wouldn’t give her another Ritz cracker that she wanted so badly. She can really be obnoxious if she wants to. I put an ear plug in my ear to avoid little chicks poops. Hen kept pulling it out. I’d go looking for it and she would go raptor on me over and over again. After three times, I had enough, and put them all back in the box for the rest of the night. She’s very smart and somewhat hostile. Not a good combination.
