Thirsty Thursday
I was cleaning water dishes today and realized I have more watering stations than chickens.

I have 8 in total as I had already placed 2 of them back into service.
It's takes me a long time to gather them all up, clean them, and then put them back. Here is where they are:
My hens have no excuse for not drinking.
- Main Coop
- Cluckle Hut
- Big Run
- Grape Vines
- Magnolia Tree
- Deck
- Patio
- Lilac Bush/Shed

How many water stations does everyone else have? Am I crazy?
Georgie and Holly are still broody, sharing a nest box trying to steal eggs. Brats!Thirsty Thursday
Broody Piglet enjoying the wild water from the rain chain.
She really is a horror of a broody and I am astonished she hasn’t given up yet.

They do prefer wild water or dirty water dishes. It's hard to keep clean fresh water for them.
Wow they are very lovely so colourful.I’m serious:View attachment 4181963
Oh so jealous you have oranges!Thirsty Thursday
I have three water stations atm:
Main Coop
Big Run
Deck
Well four, if you count the water station I have for the bees on top of one of the hives.
The one in the deck is a water bowl and all the pets use it.
Big run one being used by Einstein right before I rinsed and refilled today. She ran off three other hens for her turn.

4/6 silkie babies out. She appears to be helping a 5th out of the shell and 1 egg I didn't get a good look at. Navy trusted me to get the shells from the nest.
So far we have white silkie looking birds, one of Navy's didn't seem to have a poof but they're from a mixed "fun pen"So sweet! I can’t wait to see them grow.
That's awful. I hope it's not too bad.Since it's Thirsty Thursday and we were talking about watering our chickens, I feel I can share this.
I was out in the chicken pen starting to revamp the watering system and sat down for a moment. The back of my thigh started to sting and sting and sting! I couldn't rip myoff fast enough, dang
