OK all I need to do chores - have a lovely evening/day everyone wherever you are on this blue marble.

Need to check Jaffarra and see if she is ok, I am worried about her. She isn’t handling the moult well at all.

Everyone wanted to roost in Hen House B it seems - HH-A is practically empty!

There are 31 chooks between Hen House A & B but it sure doesn’t look like it does it?

I counted twice when I put up earlier

Mr. Shehnai looking glorious. His comb is brlliant

He'll eat with the pullets at the feeders, but also sometimes stands aside while they eat, waiting his turn until a slot opens up. He definitely needs more calories than they do and really gulps down feed. They're getting sardines every second or third day or so. Not enough?

Here he is with Lizabel, the smallest. They're friends, although that also means that he's been grabbing her neck feathers more than others. He doesn't pursue much after she loudly screams and squirms away, which is good.The pullets aren't squatting yet and their combs aren't super bright yet.
