You are going to owe a lot of SHRA tax!
BOB may have different rules but personally I'm ok w/ med talks w/o tax... who knows when we might need to know this stuff... if for no other reason than to know which med works & to allay our fears when a chicken gets sick after hours when vets aren't available🙁 My hens were always ill when our vet was either on vacation or it was late at night! It's good to have an idea to know what to do in an interim before we can see a vet. I've been bookmarking a lot of info on this thread💕Thank U, guys🩷

I agree because sometimes people have a slightly different take on things. If one completely agrees it's helpful to the recipient to say so, too.

Yes, thats Lizbel’s face, though that side goes red and pale both, her circulation there is not normal (she’s the one with bulging eyes). I think one other is getting red too. Technically, hatch day was in early June, they would be laying now if there were more light.
He's recognizing they're getting close and responding appropriately. It's still a good step.

Me too! I have lots of bookmarks, going really far back.

Both NavyBeans and Periwinkle are broody.
We have over a foot and a half of snow.
I keep popping them down into the snow to cool their broody bellies but they don't seem to care.

I swear, if Delft goes broody it will be all three of those blue satin sisters. They'll get their chance in spring!!!
Silkies, Silkie genes, they are strong broody genes. I adore Silkies but I do try to warn newbies that they are a challenge in that dept. We're used to it & deal w/ the pancake broodies... some break easy while others never seem to stop, poor dears. Pullet to 2 yrs old are usually the worse broody bouts.
