Oops moment today: watch your birds closely. They can’t tell you if they are in trouble. I saw one of my Norians under a table. I thought she had some eggs setting. I was so wrong: she was stuck there, a nylon cord wrapped around her leg. I was able to cut her free from her captivity. She was so thirsty, poor girl. I assumed that she was just being broody. She must have been stuck there for two days.

BTW, the hormonal idiots all responded to the call for help (instigated by one of them). Idiocy takes time to settle. Mortimer, the smallest of the idiots, is the top roo within the idiots. I am seeing good behavior from all of them. I'm seeing hormonal behavior from all of them. Trying time while waiting it out.
