Help with chicken breed and sex!

Hi,
Have what I think are 3 boys - grey, black and white and two girls - white and brown.
Have no idea on breeds, and would like to know if my assumptions on the genders are correct!
What I think is a rooster (the black one with white bits - doesn’t crow like the other two and is VERY calm so I’m doubting wether he is actually a she! Any help would be massively appreciated.
Like I say, I’d love it if anyone could help with genders or breed info!

The boy(s) in the second and third pics look like light sussexs. The white girl looks like a white rock. The brown girl may? Be an EE. Where did you get them?

I put 4 different 6 packs of eggs from Waitrose in my incubator and 5 chicks hatched out.

Not a light sussex. They aren’t barred.
