So I recently received my Meyer Hatchery order which included a Meyer meal maker and 2 rare assorted...so 3 mystery chicks. I identified one right away as silver laced Wyandotte as I am familiar with those. The other 2 I am not sure. I'd love some help .The blue chick has dark legs but pink toes. The golden, reddish? Chick has yellow beak, legs, and feet.

I do think it must be a lavendar something as I also have blue copper marans chicks that are definitely darker gray.

The first one looks like either a self blue or porcelain d’Uccle, I’m not too sure on the second. Are they supposed to be bantams?

Hmmm. I thought Ameracaunas had cheek muffs which this chick does not?.
Mine doesn’t have muffs yet, and it’s at least 4 weeks, and my other Ameracauna is just now starting to show. I’ve read that sometimes they show as late as 8 weeks. So I wouldn’t count that possibility out.

Can you narrow it down based on the breeds that Meyer offers in their assortments? First chick not a D'Uccle.... no feathered feet/legs. Very cute chicks!

Interesting. That would be awesome if it was a lavender Ameracauna. I know my Easter eggers have always had noticable cheek muffs from day 1. Her whole head seems rather delicate, refined, feminine. Different from my other chicks.
