Ok one of the eggs really really seems to be struggling like it's been poking the same spot of the shell for a few hours and nothing is breaking and the other one just isn't moving anymore.
I'm going to wait 3 more hours for the one that pipped 18 hours ago and if there is still no progress I might step in. I will wait until 20 hours for the other one.Since you can see what's going on and we can't, you have to be the one to make the call about whether it's time to step in. If you feel they need help, you can begin an assisted hatch. Instructions for that can be found in this article:

I personally would be giving the one that only pipped six hours ago more time, but again, you have to make that call yourself.
I have put on chirping effects but they only worked on the 6 hour One, but the other egg doesn't move or anythingI read some where that chirping noises encourage other chicks to hatch, maybe that could be of some assistance
I think either the shell is too hard or the chicks are weak. But why is this a problem did I do something wrong?Since you can see what's going on and we can't, you have to be the one to make the call about whether it's time to step in.
