No, he seems the same after five hours because the humidity is still very high. I might take the sponges out but I don’t know what the harm is in just putting him in the brooder? Will he catch a cold? I’m not sure.

He’s still a little tired and just lying around and fumbling in a drunken state lol. My brooder is heating up. And thank you very much!!

I’d stick with a towel at first. I use puppy pee pads for the first week or so. Gives a chance to inspect their poop. Lol
