Is this frizzle bantam a rooster?

I bought this frizzle at 6 weeks where it was suppose to be a pullet but I'm pretty sure I heard it crow this morning. Can anyone confirm if it is a hen or rooster. Pictures are current at 12 weeks of age

It did not work for me. I never liked it. They will still crow.

I have a smooth frizzle/NN He is wearing a home made no crow collar. (Not tight, I also have a bell on it.) He actually doesn't crow as much as most roosters. Maybe just 3x a day. One time before jumping down to breed. And maybe if he sees me during the day. If I hear him crow I put him away in a sleepy nest box with a door, so I think he has learned if he crows he gets put away.
