I have 1 last one it was another wrong end pip and took 13hrs to hatch it seems so tired. I'm slightly worried for it.
It does look tired. It’s out of the shell now though. As long as it doesn’t have feet issues it should recover quickly. Do you have any electrolytes or nurtri drench for poultry? That helps perk them up when removed from the incubator.

I do have some.
I wanted to keep her in the incubator a little longer but I can get something in her once I see how she does.
I already removed the others to the brooder to give her some space and I'm holding out hope for that last egg lol
 
I’ve moved the 9 hatchlings in with the other chicks. 4 eggs remaining. 3 have pips. The final egg I opted for a safety hole. It’s air cell is on the side. I rarely do these. In this case it felt right.

I’m briefly regretting my order of shipped eggs next week. These latest chicks to hatch are so cute. I want to keep them all! More chicks means more decisions and culling. I guess I’ve softened in my time without a flock.
