For those who toe punch - how does it work??
I mean I know HOW, but how do you number??

I have one pullet who is toe punched from the breeder b/c she comes from a super, super dark egg, but it is only one "hole" in one foot/toe web.

I don't understand your question. That is, I don't understand what you don't understand. Punch a hole in the toe webbing = chick identified. What's the question?

MM I think she is talking about the code... the numer code for punching... it is on the back of your marans card.. if you have one...

There should be a chart online somewhere or you could start a thread with that question.
