if I lived close by the hatchery I might get those again, but I don't. The selection was good enough, I think in the future, I will go for rare, and pay just a bit more. The Leann's are really and that is what they say the last ones pulled out of the incubators, last hatch, then they also get shipped last.

I have about 5 others from Leann's that are in special care, and I am keeping an eye on, which is okay because I have the 2 newly hatched chicks that need mellower room mates. I did order 27 which was more than I needed. I was just being greedy.

a few years ago i ordered 10 of the leann’s. And every single one turned out to be a rooster

Yeah haha! That why i placed the leanns order that time as well. Just for fun, and something to do!
this little batch i have right now is for layers. So they were all ordered as pullets
