Yep wholeheartedly agree with Pyxis.
What kind of incubator, maybe we can help you with ideas on getting the water out.
Fish aquarium tubing and suck it out? :D

Well i went and started to take water out like i stated and noticed more than one egg had an external pip to the outer shell, approx 3-4. Ontop of that 1 of the eggs had already got a hole in the egg, was a quick close the incubator back moment when i noticed that. So i did not get to candle the rest to see how they are doing. I should atleast have 4-5 hatchlings. How long does everyone think till they are fully out? @Pyxis @WVduckchick @Miss Lydia

Congrats on pips! Ducks can take a couple days to fully hatch. 24-40+ hours from external pip is not uncommon. So be patient. They will beat around and make 2 or 3 pips before the fully start zipping. Just keep an eye on membranes. You want to see white to wet-looking gray color.

Good luck!

Lucky is hormonal and needs to have you become dominant over him. And mean it . Every time he goes after someone get him down on his belly hold his head down so he can't bite hold him there for as long as it takes him to stop fighting, once he stops let him up facing away from you. If he comes again do it again. He needs to see you as the dominant one. Your treating him just like another drake would do to him. I went through this with my drake almost 7 yrs ago he is my boy now. It isn't an instant lesson it takes consistency and reminders too . If you have young kids teach them to use the broom to keep him away as soon as he starts for them place the broom between him and them even sweep him away if he won't give up.

What's happening today? :caf
Ah today lol.. well... I did the trick you advised about putting his beak down and holding him down till he stops fighting. Making sure to be behind him, i did this a multitude of times this morning. Every time i let go he went back to trying to bite me. After awhile i had to leave to finish to go to work, so grabbed him one last time to try and he brought his feet up on me and clawed me drawing blood. I think because we do not have any females for him, I might have to re home him. With me having two little girls, my 2 year old is already afraid since he bites and one of her first words were ducks. He has now scared my 6 year old some since he chases her around the yard, and he was hers since she helped raise him since 4 days old. He has drawn blood on my wife and now me. As for the eggs, looked through the top peep holes before going to work, didnt see much action in there same amount of hole from the one who poked through. My wife is off today so she is supposed to give me updates throughout the day.

I think your right on rehoming no sense in taking a chance these drakes are very strong and their claws could seriously injure a small child heck they can injure us. He really needs to be with other Muscovies, observing mine they just don't fit in with other domestics well. I have to clans here the Muscovies and the Runners and Buffs they live well together mainly because they stay with their own. Sleep in the same house at night too. Hopefully you'll be able to find someone who will take him in.

When my drake became hormonal if I'd turn to walk away he'd try and jump on my back climb up my legs it was not fun to see this lil love of my life turn into a sex fiend in 4 months but with the help of others on here I managed to get us through it BUT I have no small children to worry about either. Of all the Muscovies drakes I have had Opie was the one that had problems and that was because I raised in inside since his mama rejected him, My others had a healthy respect of me.

Hoping the hatch is going great keep us updated.

@Miss Lydia , Thank you. Yeah he seems to be very hormonal he is 5-6 months old now. I did have one person offer to buy him when he was a duckling if he turned out to be a male. They wanted new blood to breed muscovies. Might be an option if they are still interested.
