She may just be taking a break. They do that from time to time. Most of my adult layers are on strike, but that's normal for my time of year. Days are getting shorter, weather is cold and wet and many are molting.

I bet shes just mad with me but I don't want to free range until the fox program is complete either.

No Egg Today.
We will be away for a night on Saturday night so I wont be able to check until Sunday afternoon. I pulled Hazel out today for a big cuddle and kisses so hopefully she feels the love. I wish I could explain to them why im keeping them in at the moment.

Whats your overall plans for next year?

Not sure, still trying to figure out $$s. I'd like to sell some trees to get a better road put in and clear a bunch more pasture. Then put in fences, so I can move everyone around better. I'd also like to level a spot where I want to put my green houses. I'd love to get a start on my orchard as well.

Flock Update:
No eggs today. Hazel hasn't laid an egg for a week now. They are doing well but.

I missed them when I was away for 1 night.
