Those look scrumptious! How do you make them? And do you mean potato?

Bacon, egg, tomato and cheese Muffin Recipe:
Preheat the oven on 200°.
I cook the bacon in a pan a bit not too hard.
In a muffin tray I spray it with cooking oil so they dont stick.
Layer bacon then Tomato then cheese. Whisk 6 to 7 eggs with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the top of the cheese until its about a cm off the top so they don't spill in the over. Sprinkle with parsley and bake for 20mins.
