Hi! Do any of you know why chickens vomit? I’ve seen a couple of my gals doing this and then proceed to eat it with the help of the others It always looks like liquid goo... and they don’t appear ill at all.

Update on my flock Free Ranging:
They have been hanging around the coop just chilling not going to far which is really great.
My nieces were in the coop playing with them and picking them up.

Update on my flock roosting:
Still no luck. Hazel, JD and Gin went up to roost tonight but the other 4 were huddled in the same corner
When I show them how to go up the ramp they go up themselves just not when the sun goes down.

Umm I’ve had 1 hen a while back the threw up, but it was only when she was picked up... she never ate it though...
