Not sure what’s going on

That does not look right. Do you know if your vet does gram stains or fecal floats, if yes, I would collect a few samples of her poop, and ask for both of them to be done.

Are these red globs in the photo, treats, or is it actual blood/intestinal shed, I also see what looks like it might be a worm in her feces (on the right), can you confirm that?

I Will take her to vet again. The thing is the vets here are not that experienced about ducks. The last time I asked them to check her feces for everything they told me their microscope is not that professional🤦🏻‍♀️
That’s noodles, and those I guess are tomatoes/watermelon; is this green normal?

And this is the yellow poop I see occasionally. Those are tomatoes.
First of all stop feeding it tomatoes. They are a nightshade vegetable and are bad for their digestive system. Just go buy regular all flock food. Too much watermelon could be causing the watery poops too because its a diuretic and mostly water. I also find it odd that your vet would say that. Parasite eggs can be seen at even low magnification. If they can see parasites in dog feces they can see them in your birds feces. Sounds to me that they just didnt want to do it.

I give her as treats. Pellets are available all the time, but it’s not poultry feed as there’s not a specific duck feed here.
They did checked her feces everytime, but no parasite or yeast were found. They said cocci needs a special examination, and it is not likely that Cookie has it. But I’m still too concerned😓
They saw bacteria but I wanted to know what kind of bacteria exactly they had no idea so they prescribed broad spectrum antibiotics..

Ok then. Fecal float negative. So its not worms. Its the antibiotic. I'm not a vet and I'm assuming you are not either. If you're that concerned talk to the vet. Until the bird finishes the antibiotics the feces will continue to look this way. Antibiotics will kill all bacteria. They arent little soldiers in the blood that pick and choose. Theyre more like barbarians and vikings pillaging your birds intestines. Do what the vet recommended and stop worrying. Again: NO MORE TOMATOES. When you over treat regardless of your good intentions you can do more harm then good.

It's hard to comment if the feces are abnormal or not, mainly because the diet you feed her is sporadic (correct?) there is no routine to what she is being fed, so these droppings could very well be caused by you feeding her the watermelon. If you were to feed her a whole ration of pellets we could understand what's normal and what's not about her feces a little more.

Based off on what you have said earlier, it doesn't sound like your vet is the most knowledgable type, which makes me question if they even performed the fecal float correctly. If done incorrectly it can turn up negative worm results. I agree, very unlikely she has an overabundance of coccidia eggs.

Did they swab her mouth, or take a sample of her feces for the gram stain? There should always be a decent amount of bacteria in the sample. It becomes a problem when you see a very dense stain, or a stain the is majorly composed of Gram-negative bacteria (pink).

I believe you are from Pakistan, correct? What exactly do the pellets consist of? What are they intended for?

The antibiotics course finished a week ago. I talked to so many vets they had no clue, that’s why I was worried and posted a thread. It’s not common to keep ducks as pet here so they’re not experienced. For example they have no clue what’s wrong with her leg and why she’s limping..
You’re right, antibiotics are not good but sometimes we just have to..

They’re birds specialist but they don’t have much knowledge about ducks so I guess not, they are no so knowledgeable/experienced.
They didn’t swab her mouth and about the feces both the vets said they see a variety of bacteria that’s why antibiotics is necessary . They injected two antibiotics right away and prescribed metronidazole for a week. I think it helped but the problem hasn’t solved completely, whatever it was.
I’m from Iran.
She has two kinds of pellets, one is chicken layer feed and for the other one is low iron feed which belongs to a different kinds of birds but she appears to like it.
The treats I give her a few times a week are vegetables, mealworms, rarely watermelon/melon(we had a hot summer), wheat and oats flakes, boiled eggs.

Try to limit any real watery, or strongly colored treats for a while, and we'll see if her poop changes back to normal.

Besides the stool, Is she acting fine?
