Nurture Right 360 Incubator Okay?

Follow those suggestions can avoid condensation happen: 1) Increase the room temperature not lower than 74F, 2) set humidity 65~70% for last 3 days, 3) REMEMBER to fully open the air vent when chicks start hatching (because wet chicks would cause humidity spike a lot than 70%) to help dry the chicks and meanwhile avoid possible condensation, control humidity within 75%, especially on hatch day.

Mine are hatching like popcorn right now. Room temp is maybe 70-72. Humidity reading on the incubator is way off, it says 46%, but my trusted hygrometer says 65%, which is fine with me. It's very humid where I live, so your suggestions would drown my chicks.

I just spoke with Tractor Supply and they are going to give me store credit for the incubator. I learned my lesson from this and I'm going to go with the Brinsea. From what I hear it's a really good incubator.

Agree, love my Brinseas. I will likely use the Nurture Right just as a hatcher, since the view is fabulous!

Suggest to set room temp 74F, and fully open the air vent.

I always keep all my vents open all the time.
Went to work with 5 hatched this morning, came home to 11.

I am on day 9 and when I candle I can't see anything other than an air zone. What day should I go to before I figure something went wrong?

You should see blood vessels by day 7 at the longest, unless the shells are super dark, or if your light isn't bright enough. Are you using the light on the incubator?

I bought one of these incubators after reading the reviews here. I put 22 in 11 days ago, candled on day 5 and again today - all 22 still going strong! I'm going to contact Nurture Right for the fan cover out of an over abundance of caution but other than that I'm thoroughly impressed! I had to baby the heck out of my Farm Innovator's still air model with both temp and humidity to keep things stable. Literally had to check and tweak it constantly. I had semi-decent hatch rates even with shipped eggs in the dead of winter but my experience with the NR so far has blown my mind. It was a major upgrade for me and the price made it a no brainer.

I'm not sure why my base has an odd hole. It looks like a manufacturing flaw. A friend got one with the same hole, but her first one was broken, so TSC exchanged it, and her second one didn't have this hole. Looks like water would dump into the base. What could I fill the hole with? Is it safe for me to carefully remove the bottom panel?
Here, where the blue zip tie is pointing

It is very safe for you to open the bottom panel to check from the back side of the hole to see if water can leak into the base.

Another easier way to see if this hole is leaking: filling water in that channel (channel B) for one day, if there is no water leaking out to the table after one day, that hole is a deep dent, you can continue to use it without any fix.

If to fix by filling the hole, can use silicon sealant.
