Entry #2! I made a bunch of hot sauce from the peppers we grew this summer and am preserving the leftovers for future use

I made Bread and Butter Pickles with fresh garlic and a tiny bit of crushed red peppers.

Entry #1: Canned Peaches -- Quarts of halves in light syrup and pints of spiced peaches in slices.

Entry #3 Roma tomatoes in their own juice. I love using these in chili or spaghetti or anything else I want to add tomatoes too

Do you use a food saver sometimes?
The jerky looks very tasty!

I don't have a food saver, but I'd love to get my hands on one! For now we use ziplock bags and press as much air out as we can. Luckily the jerky never lasts long, so I've never had to test exactly how long it'll store for.
