Official Squatch Watchers

Oh, this ain't even the TIP of the kimchi mountain for dis white gurl..... I only made 2 quart jars... normally there's at least 2 dozen stashed around the house, along with a plethora of sauerkrauts and other ferments, like kombucha!
Do you have any spare kombucha mother's? I would like to buy one come spring
 
I was sold at everything but the oink,i bet its delicious. :)
It's all about how thin you slice it before you fry it.
Thinner is better in my opinion, so that once you fry both sides, the center is is no thicker than either of its' sides. I grew up eating it. Not as often anymore , but it is something I get the urge for a few times a decade...
