Some people say spinach isn't good something to do with calcium uptake. I think in moderation it would be fine. I used to feed it to caged birds and they did fine.I read that thread too. I call bull taters.

Agree. That's a birth defect, not an injury that'll get corrected.I doubt it, might get worse.
What made them cheater @BantyChooks ?
Do tell.
I dipped pre-made vanilla wafers into melted chocolate, then put marshmallow fluff in between them. Not real whoopie pies but just as good.Oh but you can teach them to try it. Chop it up small and put it in a pan or something and sit in the run. Make like you are eating it and its really yummy. Put the pan on the ground and tap the pan with your finger and make "look its yummy" noises like the roosters do. Or put mealworms in with it. They may learn to like it. I taught lots of goats to eat things they were suspicious of. I never had a problem with chickens eating most stuff. Except those fake potatoes they sell at KFC with gravy. They hated that, refused to eat it.Mine won’t touch anything green and leafy. I thought it was my first birds. Tried it with second additions....nope. Ok, the little ones saw the big ones avoid it like the plague. Maybe that’s were they learned it. Third round of kids. Almost none of the original birds. Nope, nope, nope still won’t eat greens.
