Y'all must not have a good boy girl ratio. My cockerel mainly goes after the girls first thing in the morning.
I don't. Sometimes I have 15 roosters and 25 hens. :oops:

There's only one or two that actually mate though. The top male really prevents much funny business; right now he's a bit poorly so some of the younger ranking cockerels have been eliciting a few screams from the gals.

I have 10 week and 18 week old girls. I have girls, but I don’t think he is interested in the Silkies. Haha. I should have 11 girls total. I think 2 Silkie roos and a Bantam EE Roo that got mixed in.

I tell ya, I get an Oops Silkie, and Oops Crele Orpington and an Oops BEE Roo. What are the odds??? And all 3 were taterin Roos!!!
