I had one this morning that laid her egg quietly just before or after I entered the coop & waited until I had collected the eggs & left to do her song. Apparently I was interfering w/ her process.


As soon as you said half circle I knew what you meant, my kids love it. If he wants to just eat them at home & doesn't need the fancy packaging, it's WAYYYYY cheaper to buy a container of Nutella and some fancy hard bread sticks. My kids use pretzels & it's really good w/ those honey twisty pretzels. Heck, Nutella can make a piece of cardboard taste amazing.

I'll contribute several 1/2 boxes of 'it's expired, but it's still crispy' cereal... and some 'at least it isn't expired too' milk to the morning meal. Oh and a butt load of eggs, but you gotta cook them yourself.


My mom said her friend was getting eggs from someone and apparently they were old and made them all sick. I'm hoping she's just over-reacting (b/c she's like that).. and that someone really wouldn't be selling old eggs.

My giant human volunteered to bring in beignets for her french class the other day. They turned out really well. Powder sugared most of them, but slapped some nutella on the ones we ate at home. Mmmmmm Def going to make them again.. was very easy!

I used to have to sugar up my tea, but I started reducing the amount of sweetener when I was on a diet and now sweetened tea tastes gross. I never liked milk or cream in my tea. One benefit of unsweetened tea. The cup doesn't get stinky and nasty if you forget it for a few days.
