Hahaha! No! I have 16 “bantams” running around, + one grown, and it is hard to count 16 bantams running around and hiding. And some blend in well with run floor. When I bought the first 2 sets, I had 11, which is what he knows. He doesn’t know I have has 3 more purchases. Well, I take that back. When he was out with me looking at the “about a dozen” last week I did mention my last to driving trips, but didn’t disclose the numbers. I didn’t tell him about my last order to MPC 2 weeks ago. He has not seen the 2 weekers, but I know he has seen the wire cage from afar. He never goes out to see the chickens!

True story:
That one day I brought 1 hen back home to see if she could get along with Sesame, and it didn’t work out. Hubby Goggled info and was looking on BYC!!!!! I just knew my started thread would pop up and he would see it!!! Then I was afraid he would read all my posts and see how I had been talking about lieing to him about my numbers!!! I could NOT get him off the internet fast enough!!!!

Morning Squatchers. Lovely day here. I mean, really lovely! The peeps are awake and alive, chirping away.... in the garage where I can't hear them! YIPPEE!!

The skies are blue. The sun is out and shining away. I need to climb outta bed, where I've been ducked under the covers since 0630... not really wanting to get up..... until I opened the curtains and TA DAAAAA.... purdy day! Gotta get up and get moving. Get some coffee, get some bacon and cream cheese eggs going... ahhh life is wonderful!

Anyone wanna stop by for breakfast?!?

Sorry, it was about 30 years ago. I had saved a copy but have not seen it for years. It was an article about building your own whelping box with pictures and diagrams. I used to show and breed dogs.
