I want fuzzy babies! They are so stinkin cute.
Mine are outside today. Playing in the mud, but outside!

I am sorry.Ugh, sometimes my MIL annoys me.
Just FYI, my in-laws live with us, my parents live next door. I know, most people thing we are crazy but it works, most of the time.
Anyway, almost every night, I take the Milk Drinker up to see my parents. Sometimes I stay, sometimes I come back home because I have to work. Well, tonight is one of the nights I have to work. So, I took him up after dinner and came back, but I accidentally took my spot light with me and left it.
Usually when I take my son up, I turn on the house area light so I can see a around the house a little bit better. I like having my spotlight too so I can check for predators and see farther. My MIL thinks the spot light is good enough, so why should I use that power sucking monster of a light.....I'm going to kill the bulb.....yadda, yadda, yadda.
Well since I left the spot light at my parents', wanted to turn on the house light so I could see on my way up. I look and the bulb is dead.....
I come in and say the bulb is dead, and my MIL, says "Well, I'm not surprised."
Seriously, what good is a light if you don't use it!
are you trying to break her?
I’m not sure what else to do at this point. She’s been broody a while. Won’t leave the nest hardly at all. There’s no eggs under her when she sits. At least if I block her for a little while she stretches her legs and eats.are you trying to break her?
Do you still want me to set BSL eggs so I can give you a couple of pullets for her?I’m not sure what else to do at this point. She’s been broody a while. Won’t leave the nest hardly at all. I’m sure she’d sit given a split second.

I think it would be better to hatch chicks and bring them. Less chance of transferring anything between flocks.Sure. I know they will take a little while and she doesn’t want to give it up. Even if she does she’d likely be broody again before chicks arrived.
I’d take little fluff butts anyway.
Unless you want to ship eggs...then take males back with you.....
