You got chicken busted? Jeeze! The most I've ever had was 80 and those weren't technically mine I raised them for a couple. I'm not ever doing that again, having 64 roosters kinda scarred me for life.

Renters next to us moved out and the new owner saw them and had a tizzy.
I had 30 though. Fifty was an exaggeration.
Ugh, people and their tizzy fits the world's full of them.

I have 13 chickens, 14 guineas and 18 quail. Hubby saw a Tom turkey with 7 hens yesterday on our land. But i am not counting them in my numbers. Hubby thinks there are a pair of geese nesting on the island in the river.
Morning all 
Good morning, coffee and water are going. Breakfast is do it yourself omelettes and breakfast burritos, as well as biscuits and gravy. Applesauce and caramelized peache cobbler are in the slow cookers. There's gluten free bread and other goodies, and cashew coconut milk, and almond milk for the dairy free options.
Missing my sous chef smuvey, and hope everyone has a great Friday. For those who observe it, have a peaceful Good Friday.

ps. The chickens love any leftover cooked egg, no matter how it's cooked, so long as there's nothing harmful in it. If you want some entertainment, dice up a stalk of celery for them, but be aware, like any other mostly water food, it will give them runny poops.
They will, however, act like starving children while you dice it up, hovering around your feet pretending to be cats watching you like you were opening a can of tuna.
