what is his issue?
He had this idea i was only going to have a few chickens here. Well i have 28, which really is not many compared to the 200+ i had in TN. I am building this coop for chickens i already have ,so not sure what the big issue is. I have zero bantams, and only 4 breeds. No chicks, i have resisted all at TSC and swaps.

I took this as a virtual shot. Not sure if it will upload that way or not.

eta: nope. lol

That’s the second one I’ve gotten like that. It’s rough where the color isn’t even. Not sure how she achieves such special effects.

I have seen a couple like that. As long as its not a regular thing I just watch for signs of illness. They are freakishly rough.

If that little brahma stays as docile as she is now the others are going to eat her. Maybe thats why they get pretty big? I knew when I got her everything said very docile, but she's like a ragdoll cat just really floppy and snuggly. You know it is bad when i'm worried the favs are going to beat her up.:p

My Brahma are docile like that. Their size does help against being picked on. Such mellow giants.

Guess what DD#4 managed to acquire on Tuesday last week?

A squab:barnie:barnie:barnieShe picked it up in the parking garage at the mall, it's too young to fly just yet, and was having a rough time trying to find decent food, so was underweight.

Looks like we're gonna have a pet pidgeon now:th

Unintended bird species #3... Now I get to call our very and see if they can get us the vaccines needed for pigeons, and if they are willing to see it as a patient. :pop

I'll post pics of Chad a little later.
