Hey guys! Here's a morning giggle for you.

Have any of you heard of the "baby shark" song? If you haven't, here is a video of it. You don't have to watch the whole thing, in fact, I don't recommend it.

Here is a video of someone asking Alexa to sing the song. It is freakin' hilarious!

:lau:gig:lau:gig

um yeah.....Alexa ain't gonna win AGT.

Holy WOW! Ypu and kitty have been through quite an ordeal!

Hazmat suits? WOW paranoid!

Totally not ringworm, I have seen and treated a lot of that on kitties. My vet would have done a skin scraping before treating it as ringworm.
:hmm

I can only imagine how frustrated, worried, stressed, and tired you are Stacey.

He really is a cute kitty. I love those big expressive orange eyes. He looks like he is spunky and quite a bit of fun with that face.

One last question and I will read a bunch more.....
Do they rupture through the skin or remain under?
I really do want your kitty to get better and stay better.
:hugs

Good points about the microscope. I agree that needs to be looked at and should be simple enough.

Sable's lab work should be in today. I usually hear around ten am on labs.
:fl:fl:fl
I am holding my breath for you until you hear!

As far as the special hazmat suits they wore, LOL! Times 100!

You would’ve thought it was leprosy we were dealing with instead of possible ringworm! They were gowned (disposable) and gloved, with hair in ponytails tucked up under OR hats, and face shields on.
When I suggested that trying to envision what was going on under the fur was the same as examining a human through a parka , and how ‘bout we shave it so we can actually SEE it”, you should have seen the vets EYES. cuz that all I COULD see.
“No! I don’t want to release it into the environment!”

Okay then ... I am old school I guess.
And I realize all three of these vets have young children at home. ...

Maybe I’m a bad mother but when my kids were little I let them play outside and roll around in the dirt. They got a bath every night.
One of my kids, kid number three a daughter, the one who has always been a fastidious hand washer but yet she got ringworm twice as a child. Didn’t kill her. Didn’t spread like wildfire through the family either. Not to siblings , parents, or pets.
Did not become a national health crisis, nor a pandemic.
I’m just shaking my head this morning.
