I didn't give any info about my animals, either, so here we go. I'm the strange one of the group...2 indoor chickens (Easter egger and bantam, gold laced cochin), 1 indoor pigeon, 2 parakeets, 3 dogs, 1 cat, 13 pet rats, 1 skink, 15 tree frogs and assorted fish. Plus 4 kids and a husband. I read all, but don't reply often.
I wouldn't say you are strange! What makes you think that?

There's one here that looks very similar.
I call her? Charlotte.
She moves around the yard A LOT! I never know when I am about to walk face first into her freakishly strong web!
:barnie

I now carry a flashlight to the yard after dark.

Yes that is one experience that makes me scream like a six year old girl!
Hubby carries a badminton racquet when he goes for walks. He hates webs with a passion, if they touch him.

I wear' Tom's of Maine lemon grass' deodorant and take B vitamins and eat garlic.. they don't like me as well as they did...

Good info to have!

We eat a lot of garlic too. It does seem to help.
I am going to add vitamin B and look for the lemon grass deodorant.
Anything to be less tasty!

How many coops ya need girl
These are chicks i raised to sell. Buff Laced Polish, and Speckled Sussex. I only have 4 breeds of chickens so i have 2 coops split in half for 4 separate spaces. I have a turkey coop and a guinea hoop coop.
My animals...BLP, SS, Tolbunt Polish and Crested Cream legbars for chickens, 30 total. 6 turkeys, 2 male turkeys, 4 female turkeys (Narragansett ), 4 adult guineas, 15 juvenile guineas, untold hundreds of Coturnix quail ( got rid of 34 at the swap) , and rabbits...Lionhead, Holland Lop, and Mini Rex. Not sure about numbers, i just got 4 in trade...One female G. Shepherd, a male Papillon, and 2 Siamese cats. But i have owned so many exotics from a Monkey to a Toucan, other exotic birds, reptiles, fish and mammals. Love my pets!

Chad had settled in nicely, and is practicing hovering at one end of his cage. He makes all of the lovely pigeon noises, and loves getting vaseline rubbed on his legs, feet and beak one or two times a week. The parakeets have taught him how to play with his toys, Lizbeth, the banty cochin, taught hom how his waterer worked, and everyone seems happy with each other as long as none invade the living space of the others. The parakeets are definitely enjoying life, as they mimic the chickens, Chad and their favorite shows and sounds from the tv. They apparently like the Asian girl in the Pitch Perfect trilogy, as they mimic some of the sounds she does in the movies. Chad is starting to get used to being taken out of his cage, though he still would rather be left untouched, but at least he's not whacking me anymore.

Also don't use soap or laudry detergent that is sented.. I wash with soap that has tea tree

Just on the news they are talking about gene altering mosquito so they will only produce male... not sure if that is a good idea
Probably kill off a lot of birds and bats, who are already in trouble from a disease that is killing them off.
