Calling all nurses: My 3 year old GS had emergency surgery today to remove an infection near his lymph node. It looks like the surgeon used a wet to dry dressing on the wound. I can't panic out loud as I have to be strong for DW who is a wreck. So the question is, is this as risk prone as I think? I'm kind of freeking out inside. I'm terrified of spepcis(sp).

Pull a nurse aside to speak to away from family if you have to.
I don't know enough to offer advice.
Best wishes and gentle hugs for the patient.
:hugs
Hospitals freak me out...bad experience.

Thank you, pbm :clap

As for the tarp... take a pole that is taller than your run and bowl, and put the bowl upside down on the pole, then use it to hold up the tarp in the middle. That will allow you to have a peaked shelter, like a tent. You can use several poles if you need to. The bowl keeps the pole from putting a hole in the tarp.

Edited for clarity.
I just put a rope through one of the grommets and toss the rope over top of the hoop coop. Then pull it over to the middle of the top. I will adjust it using a ladder
