Oh and now Lulu is molting, she hasn't been herself for a few days this morning she was just a cloud of loose feathers. Just got one more to go and that is Hobo but she'll probably wait until there is a foot of snow on the ground. I am not looking forward to naked Lulu at all.

That chicken coop beat you up Nunny! Don't worry about the ridge cap, the mismatch will make it quirky. You could use red as an accent color too so it looks like you ment to do it.

I ordered ridge cap to cover the corners of the building too. It was cheaper then buying the wood to do it. So it will have red corners too! I actually don't mind it. But I'm going to argue it to get some money back or something. Also I had ordered an extra piece of roofing in case my calculations were off. It has 2 giant holes in it.
I don't think I need it and there is nothing they can do with it so I'm hopeing they'll just give me my money back for it.

Yeah i'd totally get a refund on that holey piece. About the only thing you could use it for is "god forbid" you ever need to make a roof patch.

I have one too. It’s in my attic.

Might want to bring it down, attic weather is hard on them. They are worth big bucks. Look on Ebay.

Sorry you got beat up. When i did the roof of the lean-to i got bruises all over my knees from the metal screws that stick up.
