I can't have anything! One stinkin hair bow, just one! Snatched out and mauled by Ethel. Shredded it like a pitbull shreds a pork roast. Took a good chunk of hair too! My kids are abusive!

I am not convinced my chickens had Mereks. I have not had any deaths in a very long time. Just that initial die off, which could be a lot of things. Only every lost one polish at that time. They all seem healthy now and are laying great!

It's like WebMD. "I have dry skin and an itchy throat. (WebMD) "Must be cancer."
Almost every symptom of Mareks can also be something else. The test that Stacey linked is $20. I'll call and ask questions and see what they say. I'd hate to get a false positive or a false negative for that matter. Maybe I'll send in a Pat feather for DNA. I'm still not sure if that bird is going to crow or lay.

My get up n go done got up and went.

Getting anything done today is taking extreme effort.

I got laundry completed, bathroom is cleaned, floors are mopped but that's it.

No walkies for puppy today. This old woman is plain beat.

She really is! She did some extensive research. Unfortunately (for us) she has gone back to teaching and doesn’t have much BYC time anymore.

Making spaghetti for supper and hitting the hay very early tonight.

I know hubs is beat too. He DID spend a good part of yesterday snoozing......when not running all over rescuing people.
